Job Summary

This role involves working as a Measurement Technician at the Institute for Hazardous Substance Research (IGF) in Dortmund, part of the German Social Accident Insurance Institution (BG RCI). The primary responsibilities include organizing and ensuring the quality of measuring devices used internally and loaned to third parties. You will be responsible for independently conducting experiments on various test benches and providing essential technical support to measurement engineers during hazardous substance assessments. Key qualifications require either certification as a State-Certified Technician or a completed technical/craft apprenticeship (e.g., Precision Mechanic) combined with multi-year professional experience equivalent to a certified technician.
