Job Summary

This role requires an experienced professional to lead a small team (two employees) focused on ensuring national and international product conformity for electrical connectivity systems within a family-owned technology company. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining legal product requirements in collaboration with Product Management, conducting conformity assessments and risk evaluations, and strictly monitoring adherence to relevant laws, norms, and guidelines. A key focus area is Material Compliance, requiring deep expertise in regulations such as REACH, RoHS, POP, and TSCA. The successful candidate will act as a key advisor to internal stakeholders, manage relationships with external certification bodies, conduct internal audits, and actively participate in standardization committees.
