Job Summary

This critical role involves managing and overseeing civil engineering and pipeline construction projects, focusing on ensuring both technical quality and economic success. The Construction Manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including meticulous planning and monitoring of construction processes, and coordinating the efficient deployment of personnel and materials on site. Key duties include independently executing projects, controlling construction schedules and results, preparing and maintaining tender and working calculations, and handling supplementary claim negotiation. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (Technician or Master), desirable initial experience in site management, fundamental knowledge of VOB (German construction contract law), and proficiency in MS Office and calculation software. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Potsdam, offering planned long-term employment with the client.
