Job Summary

This System Administrator role involves taking full responsibility for all local IT operations at the Ichtershausen plant, acting as the primary point of contact for end-users. Daily responsibilities include providing local First-Level Support, installing and maintaining Windows 10 client systems, and managing the local network infrastructure, including Cisco LAN, WIFI, and telephony systems. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with central IT teams on implementing, configuring, diagnosing, and troubleshooting IT assets. Candidates must possess a completed IT Specialist apprenticeship or a Bachelor's degree in IT, coupled with professional experience and advanced knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Clients. Basic familiarity with network systems, software distribution tools (like SCCM or Ivanti), and ITIL processes is highly beneficial.
