Job Summary
This full-time role as a Technical Coordination Specialist supports a renowned network operator in Kolkwitz, focusing on the project planning and execution of medium and low-voltage construction measures. The successful candidate will manage critical commercial and administrative processes, including handling orders, generating quotes, managing cost calculations, and maintaining strict deadline control. A primary function of this position is acting as a vital interface, coordinating communication across internal departments such as technical teams, purchasing, and accounting, as well as external framework contract companies. Day-to-day tasks also involve extensive external communication with authorities, private property owners, and firms regarding necessary documentation, certifications, and regulatory notices (e.g., water rights applications). The role requires a technical qualification at the Technician or Master Craftsman level, strong administrative experience, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. This is an attractive opportunity offering an initial temporary contract until the end of 2026 with a strong option for extension and permanent takeover, along with the flexibility of a home office option after the initial training period.
Required Skills
Education
Technician or Master Craftsman qualification, ideally in Electrical Engineering, Technical Informatics, Mechatronics, IT Systems Electronics, or Digitalization Management.
