Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Building Services Project Engineer specializing in Heating, Ventilation, and Plumbing (HLS/HVAC). Based in Dresden, you will take ownership of the independent planning and execution of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) projects, ensuring adherence to strict cost, quality, and deadline specifications. A key component of the role involves leading the project team, including service technicians, and acting as the primary point of contact for customer consultation, proposal generation, and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers. Candidates must possess a strong technical understanding of HVAC/Plumbing systems, multi-year professional experience in TGA or customer service, and formal qualifications such as a Master's degree, Technician certification, or relevant university studies in Building Services.
