Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer specializing in the hardware construction of control systems for machinery and plant engineering, based in Erfurt. The core responsibilities include developing detailed electrotechnical construction solutions, designing switch cabinets, and ensuring strict adherence to all relevant norms, guidelines, and customer requirements. Day-to-day tasks involve creating comprehensive documentation, performing risk assessments, and utilizing ePLAN for manufacturing and customer documentation, including 3D modeling. The role also requires providing technical clarification for customer inquiries and preparing offers for technical and economic solutions. Candidates must hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering and bring several years of professional experience in electrical design, alongside expertise in circuit diagrams and CAD documentation.
