This role involves the crucial installation, commissioning, and configuration of specialized information terminals and kiosk systems for a socially engaged company supporting non-profit organizations across Germany. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for executing essential maintenance and service operations directly at customer sites, performing detailed hardware and software fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
