Job Summary

This role as an Electronics Service Technician involves ensuring the reliable operation of industrial electrical systems across multiple locations (Dresden, Leipzig, Erfurt, Magdeburg, or Chemnitz). Key responsibilities include the comprehensive maintenance, repair, and upkeep of various electrical installations, including the critical setup, commissioning, and servicing of safety lighting and fire alarm systems. You will also be responsible for installing and expanding electrical systems, handling medium and low voltage switchgear, and conducting mandatory DGUV inspections for fixed and portable equipment. Success in this position requires a completed technical apprenticeship, such as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering or Energy/Building Technology, coupled with practical experience in installing specialized systems like fire alarms and data technology (copper and fiber optic). Required Skills

Education

Completed training as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering or Energy and Building Technology, Energy Systems Electrician, Industrial Electrician, or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in the installation and expansion of electrical systems
  • Experience in the installation of fire alarm systems, safety lighting, and data technology (Copper and Fiber Optic)
  • Experience in handling power supply systems including medium voltage switchgear and low voltage distribution
  • Professional experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting on electrotechnical systems
