Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to actively shape the future of technical education within a leading energy and electrical engineering company in the Erlangen area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and personal development of apprentices throughout their training period. Daily responsibilities include the planning, preparation, and execution of comprehensive training content in electrical engineering, delivered both in-person and online. You will mentor and supervise trainees during projects and examinations, and continuously evaluate and refine training programs and learning concepts. Specialized training areas include power electronics, frequency converters, transformers, motors, and PLC programming. Key qualifications include completed vocational training in electronics (ideally a Master Craftsman qualification), several years of professional experience in industry or a training environment, and strong knowledge of DIN VDE regulations. This position requires a passion for working with young adults and a commitment to conveying complex technical knowledge in a practical manner.
