Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Building Services Designer in Bremen to focus on the planning, construction, and implementation of technical systems within new and existing buildings, including conversions and partial area redesigns. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the design and planning of complex systems like HVAC, creating precise technical drawings and 3D models using CAD software (such as AutoCAD and Revit), and performing necessary calculations for system dimensioning. The designer will collaborate closely with architects and other specialized planners to ensure seamless integration of building technology. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical, Building Services, or Supply Engineering, along with professional experience in the field and strong knowledge of relevant German norms (DIN, VDI). This position offers an immediate start through temporary employment with the clear goal of transitioning into a permanent, full-time role with the client planning office.
