This role offers an experienced Master Electrician or Electrical Technician the opportunity to join a renowned, future-oriented innovation company in Leipzig. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and planning repair and maintenance work on electrical systems up to 30kV, leading a team of up to 10 skilled employees. Key responsibilities include managing personnel deployment, advising plant operators on electrical engineering matters, and continuously optimizing technical systems to ensure production plant availability. This position requires strong expertise in medium and low voltage electrical systems, a goal-oriented approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
