Job Summary

The LowCode Team Lead will be instrumental in the growth and coordination of the Application Build Team, focusing on delivering high-quality, user-friendly applications for international corporate clients and startups. This role requires leading a team of 3 to 10 Application Builders, overseeing their training and development, and ensuring the successful conceptualization and implementation of LowCode solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed business and requirements analyses with clients, managing projects and tasks to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget, and developing applications using the appeleon LowCode platform with a strong focus on usability. Candidates must bring a relevant university degree, proven experience in team leadership and software projects, excellent German, and good English skills, along with a meticulous, customer-oriented approach and willingness to travel.
