This role seeks a dedicated Automotive Electronics Technician to specialize in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced vehicle communication systems. Day-to-day tasks involve integrating electronic components like telematics, navigation, radio systems, and control units into existing on-board network systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. A core responsibility is performing detailed fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on electronic systems, followed by necessary wiring, cable assembly, and thorough documentation of all work performed using technical drawings and schematics. The ideal candidate holds a qualification such as an Electronics Technician or Automotive Mechatronics Technician with an electronics focus, possessing fundamental knowledge of vehicle electronics, including CAN-Bus, diagnostic, and telematics systems.
