Job Summary
This role seeks an engaged PLC Programmer to join a renowned client specializing in automation and control technology in Osnabrück. The core responsibilities involve the programming and development of sophisticated PLC controls, utilizing platforms such as Siemens TIA Portal, Step7, Beckhoff TwinCAT, or Codesys. You will be crucial in the commissioning of new machinery and plants, both internally and at customer sites. A significant part of the job includes troubleshooting, optimization, and adapting existing automation systems, alongside maintaining precise technical documentation. Candidates must possess a completed technical education or degree in fields like Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with practical experience in PLC programming. Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems is beneficial. The position requires a structured, independent working style and a willingness to travel for project assignments. Intermediate German proficiency (B2) is required for effective communication.
