Job Summary

This role involves taking overall responsibility for the successful execution of building services projects, specifically focusing on supply technology areas such as heating, ventilation, cooling, sanitary systems, and measurement, control, and regulation (MCR) technology. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring project quality, adherence to deadlines, and budget compliance, as well as monitoring and maintaining supply technology systems in buildings and on routes. The Project Engineer will coordinate all technical measures from planning through to shutdown, collaborating closely with internal departments and external contractors to ensure smooth construction and operation. A key responsibility is the development and implementation of innovative energy concepts to optimize efficiency and promote sustainability. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Supply Technology, Energy/Building Services Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with initial professional experience in technical building equipment and technical project management. Fluent German language skills are mandatory for effective communication and negotiation.
