Job Summary

This Technical Manager role involves leading the technical department of the Kalkreuth Joint Sewage Treatment Plant Association, which is responsible for public wastewater disposal serving approximately 14,000 residents across five municipalities near Dresden. Core day-to-day duties include the full lifecycle management of wastewater investment projects, encompassing needs planning, preparing planning contracts, conducting public tendering procedures, and acting as the client representative (Bauherr) during execution. You will also manage regulatory compliance, handle water rights legal matters, prepare statements for public bodies, and contribute to economic planning while adhering to public budget law. The ideal candidate must possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Water Management, or Environmental Technology, coupled with strong leadership, decision-making, and conceptual thinking abilities.
