Job Summary

This role involves driving the digital maturity of a growing family company focused on sustainability. The Specialist Digital Transformation will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of digital solutions, from initial conception and trend identification (including AI, No-/Low-Code, and automation) to testing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and scaling successful solutions across the organization. A key function is translating complex technical concepts regarding APIs, data flows, and system architectures into actionable strategies for both business departments and IT teams. Candidates must possess a degree in a relevant field like Business Informatics or Innovation Management and bring a minimum of three years of professional experience in digitalization projects or IT consulting. Proficiency in automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make, alongside Python knowledge, is required to effectively execute on strategic potential and contribute to the firm's green future initiatives.
