Job Summary

This role as Technical Production Manager in the Food Industry requires a dedicated leader to ensure optimal plant availability and drive continuous improvement within the technical department at the Oer-Erkenschwick site. Key responsibilities include the strategic planning, calculation, and execution of technical projects, as well as the steering and optimization of all maintenance-relevant processes. A significant part of the job involves managing and continuously improving the maintenance software, specifically SAP PM. Furthermore, the manager is responsible for the professional development and appreciative leadership of the technical team, with the potential to deputize for the Head of Technology. Candidates should possess a technical degree or equivalent technician qualification, coupled with several years of technical leadership experience, ideally within the demanding food production sector. Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, structured work methods, and a high degree of personal initiative.

Completed technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering) or completed qualification as a Technician or Electrician.
