Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged and motivated IT System Integrator focused on Windows and Azure environments to join a dedicated team. The primary responsibility involves providing First- and Second-Level Support, handling IT inquiries and disruptions via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues within the Windows environment, managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, and performing software installation, configuration, and maintenance. The successful candidate will also manage patch and update deployment, assist with basic network connectivity troubleshooting, and create comprehensive IT documentation. Key qualifications include a completed IT education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable experience, practical knowledge of Windows client/server OS, and an interest in or initial contact with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
