Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced (Senior) AI/DL Engineer to drive the development, training, and deployment of large-scale foundational models (LLMs, VLMs, VLAs) for advanced robotic applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions, taking technical ownership of robot learning approaches. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing vision- and/or language-conditioned robot policies, and conducting large-scale fine-tuning of deep learning models in complex, real-world environments. The position requires a strong background in computer vision, NLP, multimodal learning, and practical experience with advanced learning methods like Imitation Learning and Transformer architectures.
