Job Summary

This role is a Junior IT Support/Administrator position focused on providing essential technical assistance and managing IT systems within an educational environment. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for first-level support, assisting apprentices, teachers, and staff with daily IT system usage. Key responsibilities include managing Surface tablets for apprentices, administering user accounts and permissions, and actively supporting the implementation of a new training/further education system and the design of new IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT qualification, demonstrate strong service and customer orientation, and have practical experience with the Microsoft environment, including Office, Teams, Azure, and Intune, alongside server and database administration (SQL).
