This permanent field service position seeks a skilled Mechatronics Technician responsible for implementing complex electromechanical, electrical, and electronic modifications on control cabinets, devices, and sub-systems. A crucial part of the role involves meticulously checking change documentation, including technical drawings, parts lists, and functional descriptions, and ensuring strict adherence to assembly and safety regulations. The technician will also diagnose and resolve customer defects, particularly on rail vehicles. Candidates must hold a completed technical education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automotive Mechatronics, or possess equivalent qualifications gained through extensive professional experience. Essential requirements include confident interpretation of 3D model views, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams, alongside a high degree of quality awareness and customer orientation. This role demands substantial travel readiness, ranging from 50% to 80%, for project-based assignments within Germany.
