Job Summary

This role involves joining a dynamic laboratory team focused on developing and producing natural stabilizers and customized food additives. The Food Laboratory Technician is essential for ensuring the high quality and safety standards of all food ingredients and products. Daily responsibilities include performing comprehensive chemical, physical, and microbiological laboratory examinations on products from both production and development cycles. Key tasks also encompass the digital acquisition of data, conducting rigorous hygiene and environmental controls, managing quality documentation, and coordinating external testing by creating necessary test orders. The ideal candidate must possess a completed relevant technical education, such as a Chemical Technical Assistant or Chemical Laboratory Technician, and ideally bring experience in microbiology and chemical-physical analytics. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and hygiene, along with the willingness to work in scheduled shifts.
