Job Summary
This role seeks an IT Service Management Specialist to be the central point of contact for approximately 300 users across all IT infrastructure needs at the Kassel Service Center. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling IT queries via phone, remote access, or on-site visits, managing the Active Directory domain and the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring the technical infrastructure is operational and continually developed, and conducting user training sessions. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, coupled with fundamental expertise in Windows systems, Microsoft Office, and proven experience in both IT support and network administration. Success in this position requires excellent German fluency (C2), strong communication skills, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
