Job Summary

This role involves maintaining and repairing the building and outdoor facilities of the SenVital Senior and Care Center in Kleinmachnow. The successful candidate will independently handle various repairs, support building maintenance, and care for the garden and outdoor areas. Key responsibilities include painting and creating a comfortable atmosphere for residents. Candidates should have a completed vocational training in a technical trade, ideally as an electrician, or be a career changer with initial manual experience. Reliability, teamwork, self-reliance, technical understanding, and manual dexterity are essential. A Class B driving license is required. The position offers a chance to contribute to a welcoming environment for residents within a supportive team.
