Job Summary

The Head of Building and Operations Technology will lead and organize the building and operational technical aspects for Stadtwerke Saarlouis GmbH. This role involves the technical and disciplinary leadership of a small team responsible for building services and cleaning. Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, and overseeing maintenance and repair of buildings, electrical installations, lighting, sanitary facilities, and other technical systems. The successful candidate will also manage safety-related systems, coordinate external technical service providers, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
