This role offers the opportunity to join Beyond Gravity, a dynamic aerospace company redefining the space industry with a blend of agility and high-tech innovation. Based in Emmen, you will take on the functional leadership of a dedicated team of six logistics professionals, driving daily operations and optimizing resource planning. Your mission involves actively participating in logistics processes, ensuring precise documentation, and championing continuous improvement initiatives to boost throughput, quality, and efficiency. You will be responsible for defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), overseeing inventory management, and ensuring the readiness of logistical infrastructure. This position requires a structured, methodological approach, strong process orientation, and a commitment to fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration within the team, guiding them in developing their technical expertise.
Required Skills
Education
Vocational training in Logistics, complemented by further education as a Logistics Specialist or Process Specialist.
Experience
- Several years of experience leading teams in a national and/or international industrial environment.
- Demonstrated strong process orientation and high quality awareness.
- Proven structured and methodical working approach.
