Electronics Technician for SMD | Elektroniker für SMD (gn)

Job Summary

This role is for an Electronics Technician specializing in Surface-Mount Device (SMD) production within a manufacturing environment in Munich. The core responsibilities involve preparing, setting up, and operating automated SMD production lines, including paste printers, reflow soldering systems, and Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment. A key part of the job is monitoring production, troubleshooting malfunctions, and performing routine maintenance on the machinery. The technician is also responsible for meticulous data entry of all work steps into ERP and MES systems (specifically ABAS/AEGIS), performing quality control, and reworking electronic assemblies according to industry standards (IPC, JEDEC). Ideal candidates possess a background in electronics, practical experience operating SMD lines, knowledge of ESD protection, and proficiency in German and English. Experience with CAD data and programming SMD automated machines is highly desirable.
