The core responsibilities include conducting detailed Business Impact and Resilience Risk Analyses, creating comprehensive business continuation and emergency plans, and leading high-stakes crisis and emergency exercises. You will also act as a consultant, advising internal and external clients on resilience strategies and processes. Successful candidates must possess a degree in Security or Risk Management and a minimum of six years of relevant professional experience, coupled with expert knowledge of standards like ISO 22301 and regulatory requirements such as NIS2. The position offers strategic involvement in defining the security strategy and the attractive flexibility of working 60% remotely. Strong coordination skills and fluency in German are essential prerequisites for success in this critical security function.
