Job Summary

This role within the Bonn Civil Engineering Department involves the independent local construction supervision and management of complex underground infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for the construction and contract management of sewer repair, rehabilitation, and construction measures, as well as water body construction projects. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (specializing in Deep Construction/Settlement Management) or certification as a state-certified Construction Technician (Deep Construction/Environmental Protection Technology). The ideal candidate will possess strong German language skills for effective communication with external firms and residents, knowledge of relevant procurement regulations, and experience with specialized construction software like Wega-Mars, Nova-Kandis, and NOVA AVA.
