Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive management and supervision of technical building equipment within Medios Solutions Stuttgart GmbH, a leader in the Specialty Pharma sector. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing critical systems such as Building Management Systems (BMS/GLT), HVAC, monitoring systems, heating, cooling, fire alarms, and electrical installations. A core function is project and service provider management, including contract negotiation and steering external partners, alongside organizing and planning all qualification, repair, and maintenance activities for manufacturing and control-relevant systems. The successful candidate must ensure strict adherence to current GMP guidelines and maintain meticulous documentation. Qualifications require a technical degree in Process Engineering, Plant Engineering, or Facility Management (ideally with a focus on ventilation technology), or equivalent vocational training combined with several years of professional experience.
