Job Summary

This is a full-time, fixed-term position (until December 31, 2026) in Hamburg, leading the Client Management team within the IT and Technology department of a specialized hospital focused on acute care and rehabilitation. The Team Lead is responsible for the organizational and technical management of the team, including personnel deployment planning and task distribution. Key duties involve contributing to recruitment processes, implementing training concepts, and developing internal training materials to ensure staff qualification. Furthermore, the role requires coordinating the development and integration of strategic software and hardware, ensuring consistency within the overall IT architecture, and contributing to the broader IT strategy. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, coupled with at least three years of experience in a team leadership function, and strong knowledge of PC, printer, and mobile device systems, as well as hospital processes and data security.
