Job Summary

This role requires an experienced leader to head the Electrical Design team and coordinate electrical assembly for a leading company specializing in testing technology for fuel cells, electrolyzers, and hydrogen systems. Key responsibilities include the technical leadership and coordination of the team, ensuring strict adherence to critical standards (e.g., 62061, 13849, 60204) and quality standards, and managing project timelines. The Head of Electrical Design will also be responsible for the hands-on construction and dimensioning of switching and MSR (Measurement, Control, and Regulation) systems, creating detailed CAD plans using tools like EPLAN P8, and managing all technical coordination within project teams. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and brings experience from special machine construction or testing technology, coupled with strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic. This position offers autonomous work on innovative products within a dynamic culture and flat hierarchies.
