Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role as a Construction Management Assistant involves providing essential support to the Construction Manager for nationwide broadband expansion projects, based out of the Oldenburg branch covering Northern Germany sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include the crucial tasks of overseeing and monitoring subcontractors, meticulously checking cable laying and assembly quality, managing necessary material procurement, and preparing documentation for billing and invoicing. Candidates must bring a completed civil engineering qualification, ideally supplemented by training as a foreman or master foreman, coupled with specific professional experience in broadband rollout. Initial leadership capabilities in civil, pipeline, or cable construction are required, along with strong organizational skills and a Class B driving license.
