Job Summary

This is a key opportunity to define the future of mobile communication by serving as an RF SoC Architect within a multi-site engineering team (Munich/Linz). Your primary mission will be to define and develop RF Transceiver SoCs for next-generation 6G cellular products. This involves defining the real-time control architecture, modeling system use cases, and creating scalable SoC architectures that balance hardware and software partitioning. You will collaborate closely with Cellular Modem, RF system, Hardware, and Firmware design teams to optimize the functional split between baseband, RF transceiver, and RF frontend. Candidates must possess several years of expertise in embedded SoC architecture, particularly covering CPU, memory, and bus fabric, alongside proficient knowledge of digital communications (cellular/5G) and real-time system design principles. This role is ideal for an architect eager to drive best-in-class modem performance and explore novel technical directions.
