Job Summary
This crucial role involves leading and coordinating the commissioning of decentralized energy generation plants for B2B clients, working as an integral part of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team. The Commissioning Coordinator is responsible for the entire on-site process, including meticulous planning, scheduling, and progress reporting, while acting as the primary interface between project management, engineering, subcontractors, and the client. Key daily tasks include ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards, overseeing Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT), managing trial operations, and documenting the final handover to the operations team. Candidates must possess a technical degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering, combined with several years of experience in commissioning energy systems (CHP, PV, heat pumps) and project leadership, along with fluency in German and good English skills. The position requires a high degree of national travel (minimum 70%).

Experience
- Several years of professional experience in commissioning, project management, and project leadership.
- Experience with energy generation plants, ideally in plant construction or the energy sector.
