Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the seamless operation of high-quality, fully automatic coffee machines and water dispensers for B2B clients as part of a dedicated field service team. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, commissioning, and customer-specific programming of new devices, along with performing essential maintenance and troubleshooting repairs on-site. You will also be responsible for installing water dispensers and providing technical consultation to customers regarding equipment and service options. A key component of the role is ensuring device safety compliance according to strict DIN and VDE standards, documenting all assignments digitally. The ideal candidate holds a completed professional qualification as an Electrician or Electronics Technician, possesses a valid Class B driver's license, and demonstrates strong communication skills in German.
