Job Summary

This role is centered on performing critical Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) procedures on high-performance hydraulic components, including simple and double-acting hydraulic cylinders, gas cylinders, and fiber composite solutions manufactured by Liebherr. Daily tasks involve conducting various NDT methods, such as Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT), on both finished components and weld connections. The inspector is responsible for the meticulous evaluation and documentation of test results according to relevant standards, regulations, and customer specifications, including the creation of detailed test protocols. The position requires close collaboration with production and welding technology departments to resolve quality issues and support component release decisions. Ideal candidates possess a completed technical education, preferably as a certified Materials Tester or Industrial Mechanic, and should have experience in quality inspection of welded or machined parts. Proficiency with testing devices, measuring instruments, and ERP/CAQ systems is mandatory for this secure, permanent position.
