Job Summary

This leadership role requires a Head of Electrical Engineering and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) to manage and optimize the technical standards and operational readiness of all electrical and I&C systems at a major chemical production site in Staßfurt, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and training subordinate maintenance staff, ensuring continuous improvement across maintenance areas, and managing external contractors. A key focus involves influencing the design and construction of new E- and I&C systems to ensure compliance with legal regulations, maintainability, and energy efficiency. The role demands close collaboration with procurement and production departments to manage spare parts and documentation. Candidates must possess a university degree in Electrical Engineering, extensive leadership experience, and strong proficiency in SAP and MS Office, along with good command of German and English.
