Job Summary
This role focuses on the intersection of innovation and culinary science within food production. The Food R&D Laboratory Technician will be responsible for testing and evaluating alternative raw materials to enhance existing recipes, actively supporting project management in daily development tasks. Key daily activities include cooking and preparing recipe samples according to defined manufacturing specifications, and actively participating in large-scale technical trials on modern production facilities. Furthermore, the technician will prepare sample presentations and assist during client meetings. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training in the food processing sector (e.g., Food Technology Specialist or Chef) and possess initial practical experience in food production. A strong passion for food, coupled with a high degree of quality awareness and a structured, solution-oriented work approach, is essential for success in this dynamic, customer-focused environment.
