This R&D Specialist role involves hands-on product innovation within a sustainable production company focused on quality. Day-to-day tasks include independently running test series to optimize raw materials and recipes, translating new product concepts from the lab into technical scale, and providing expert support for large-scale production trials, including comprehensive documentation and evaluation. You will be crucial in interdisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with project management, production, and quality assurance to bring market-ready solutions to fruition. The ideal candidate holds vocational training in food technology (or related fields like CTA/BTA or a Chef with industrial experience) and possesses foundational knowledge of industrial food processing and R&D. A key prerequisite is possessing a Class B driver's license and a personal vehicle, as the location is not accessible by public transport.
