Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Microtechnology Operator or Technician to join a team driving industrial technology forward in Germany by contributing to the manufacturing of semiconductor products. The primary responsibilities involve executing critical work steps and ensuring the smooth operation of specialized equipment. Day-to-day tasks include the meticulous operation and monitoring of machinery within strict cleanroom environments, performing routine cleaning and maintenance according to established standards, and accurately documenting all work steps to ensure rigorous quality assurance. You will also be expected to participate actively in ongoing process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should possess a strong technical understanding, ideally backed by completed vocational training in Microtechnology or a comparable field. Success requires teamwork, flexibility, and good German language skills for effective communication and documentation in this demanding technical environment.
