The successful candidate, who is either a certified Medical Laboratory Technologist (MTL) or a Biologist, will be responsible for the core laboratory operations in Bremen. Day-to-day tasks include performing manual and automated blood sample testing, executing antibody screening and serological compatibility tests, and resolving complex immunohematological and blood group serological issues. You will also be involved in the preparation of specialized blood products and operate computer-aided systems utilizing specialized application software. Key requirements include a highly reliable, independent, and responsible working style, along with the flexibility to cover early, late, night, holiday, and weekend shifts.
