Job Summary

This key position involves ensuring the legal compliance, efficiency, and cost optimization of the company's IT software licenses. The core duties include the administration and optimization of software contracts, ensuring license compliance in collaboration with various departments, preparing annual IT license balances, and developing reports and analyses for license usage and optimization. The manager will advise internal stakeholders on complex licensing models and strategies (e.g., Microsoft, VMware) and assist in contract negotiations with software vendors. Additionally, approximately 20% of the weekly duties are dedicated to acting as an IT Support Engineer, providing high-quality 1st and 2nd Level support for incident and service requests, particularly concerning Microsoft 365, utilizing IT ticketing systems like Freshservice. Candidates must possess a degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent, coupled with a minimum of three years of practical professional experience in IT support and proven expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) and related tools.
