Job Summary

This full-time Clinical Research Associate role is based at a scientific institute dedicated to researching cardiovascular and metabolic disorders, focusing on areas like heart valve diseases, arterial hypertension, and diabetes. The CRA will be responsible for monitoring clinical and non-interventional studies across trial centers in the German-speaking region (DACH). Key day-to-day tasks include conducting monitoring visits, training and motivating study teams, creating essential regulatory reports and documents, and supporting internal Project and Site Management activities. Candidates must possess a completed degree in natural or health sciences or a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) certification, coupled with at least two years of experience in clinical study execution. Essential requirements include expert knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulatory laws, excellent command of both German (C1) and English, and proficiency in standard office and web applications.
