This role involves operating and monitoring the central control center for hospital technical facilities at the Vivantes Klinikum am Urban in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous operation, testing, and troubleshooting of complex building technology systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) and electrical infrastructure. Key daily tasks include understanding and interpreting technical blueprints and diagrams, operating control technology software, managing operational logs, and coordinating external contractors, often outside regular hours. The position requires a completed vocational training in a relevant technical field (such as Plant Mechanic, Electrician, or Mechatronics) and several years of professional experience with diverse building technology.
