Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Service Technician to provide dedicated 2nd Level Onsite Support for a major industrial client in Hamburg. The core responsibilities involve hands-on support for Windows Client environments, iOS devices, and basic network and telecommunications issues. You will be tasked with capturing and resolving customer inquiries, managing support tickets, and executing individual project assignments. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification in IT, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration, and possesses strong knowledge of current Windows operating systems and standard applications like Microsoft Office and Adobe products. While experience with ticketing systems is advantageous, candidates must have good German proficiency and English skills at the B1 level. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Application Development or System Integration), Industrial System Technician, IT Management Assistant, PC and Network Specialist, Assistant for Informatics, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Experience working with ticketing systems (advantageous)
