This Branch Manager role involves taking on the leadership of the St. Egidien location, including serving as an authorized signatory (Prokurist) and overseeing all associated administrative duties. Day-to-day responsibilities include the technical leadership and coordination of the team, managing resource planning, employee development, and motivation. A key focus is managing the entire project lifecycle, from handling customer inquiries, calculations, and quotation generation, through project monitoring, and managing supplier/customer relationships, including customs clearance. Candidates must possess completed technical training in the electrical sector, ideally supplemented by qualifications such as an Electrical Master, Technician, or Engineer. Extensive professional experience in technical management, project responsibility, and specialized knowledge in switch cabinet wiring and construction are mandatory. Strong leadership competence and sound business acumen are essential for success.
