Job Summary

This Development Technician role involves hands-on technical work within an innovative medical technology R&D department. Key daily tasks include the assembly, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electronic assemblies, prototypes, and specialized test stands. You will actively contribute to hardware development by assisting with circuit design, PCB layout, and managing the procurement of necessary mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic components. A crucial part of the role is generating comprehensive technical documentation, including test protocols, production documents, and Bills of Materials (BOMs), often required in both German and English. You will also conduct verification testing for new product versions and contribute creative solutions for concepts and debugging measures. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical qualification (such as an Electronics Technician) and professional experience in a comparable position, coupled with the ability to read electronic schematics and utilize standard EDV software. This position offers flexible working hours, an unlimited contract, and the opportunity to work on high-tech medical devices with short decision-making paths.
